Blair's started with one opinion that turned into an obsession: pizza crust should be thin, crispy, and never in the way. Every pie we make starts with hand-stretched dough, house-made sauce from San Marzano tomatoes, and ingredients we actually care about. No thick doughy bases. No frozen anything. No shortcuts.

We opened our doors on East Main Street in Medford because this town deserved a pizza spot that takes the craft seriously without taking itself too seriously. Come in, grab a seat, and stay a while.
